A California Dream
Black Crowns

Even with all of the power and versatility that lies deep within the roots of black hair black women continue to face discrimination for their hair. Whether in the workplace, in extracurricular activities, or even at home.
In order to open a conversation about this topic, I spoke with some of the beautiful black women at Nova Southeastern University in order to get a better understanding of how their hair aligns with their identity and the adversities that come with their crowns.
Taste - Tyler the Creator

For my animation class at the University of Miami, I created a unique 2D animation using the Adobe Suite. The entire project, from character design to background creation, was crafted by me, showcasing my skills in digital art and animation. Inspired by an artist I adnire, Tyler, the Creator, and his innovative artistic projects, I aimed to capture his bold, eclectic style in both visual aesthetics and storytelling.
SUTV Motorcycle Bumper

As a Practicum B Student, I created a bumper for the SUTV News Channel at Nova Southeastern University. I utilized tracking software and shot variety to show my reveling journey with my Honda Rebel.

A Juxtaposition of Modern Day Slavery
Rachel is the only black student in her history class. When they watch a film about slavery, she feels ostracized from her classmates and struggles with the film's content as it comes to an overwhelming climax.

After a mysterious crisis, the end of the world has arrived, and the only survivors are Johnathan and Theodore. As they traverse the deserted land, they must ask if the most difficult challenge is survival or isolation.

Childhood friends Omari and Tiana decide to explore an abandoned Victorian mansion on a chilling October night. While they search through the estate, they discover the real horrors lie beyond the haunted walls.
